Dr. Navdeep Toor is an evidence-based chiropractor who attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) for her four-year post-graduate education in chiropractic care. Prior to her journey as a chiropractor she attended McMaster University where she majored in Kinesiology and received a Bachelors of Science degree. In addition to chiropractic training, Dr. Toor is certified in medical acupuncture through McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and is a Registered Massage Therapist. She is also certified in Webster’s Technique
Dr. Toor is a diversified practitioner whose main goal is to optimize her patient’s well-being through a holistic approach to health. Her family base practice allows her to treat individuals of all ages from young as infants to expecting mothers to geriatrics. She uses a wide range of treatments and techniques including but not limited to chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release techniques, electro-acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, joint mobilization/traction, kinesio-taping, supportive braces, activator methods, ergonomic advice, and patient education.
Dr. Toor is an active member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, & McMaster Cotemporary Medical Acupuncture Association.
Dr. Nicole Daniels is a licensed and board certified Naturopathic Doctor who dedicated to helping and empowering her patients through natural health and education. Dr. Daniels completed her Honours in Medical Science at Western University and her Masters of Science in Biology at York University before pursuing her naturopathic journey. Her role as a Naturopathic Doctor is to provide complimentary and preventative health care, and to guide individuals back to health through treatments.
During a young age, Dr. Daniels realized the importance of nutrition and holistic approach to her well being which lead her to helping others through naturopathy. She listens to your health concerns and makes connects between the symptoms and root cause, and addressing all levels of health – mental, emotional, and physical, and spiritual. Dr. Daniels creates a specific treatment plan tailored to help you optimize your health through nutritional and lifestyle modifications.
Dr. Daniel’s has a focus in women’s health, allergies, anxiety, and pain management, but also treats other general health concerns. She utilizes homeopathy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional/lifestyle counseling, and laboratory testing.
Dr. Daniels is an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
